Brahin
Brahin, also called Bragin, was the second meteorite identified in Russia. The first was the Pallas Iron, the original pallasite. The area where it was found is now part of Belarus. Brahin was found by the farmers in the village of Kaporenki, on an estate belonging to "His Brilliance Graf Rakitsky, State Advisor, Ex Honorio Inspector of The Schools Of Rechitsky Uezd And a Cavalier". Graf Rakitsky gave the two masses of meteorite that were found to scientists for study. Many more pieces have since been discovered.
